Dr.Nisha Nigil Haroon MD, DipNB,MSc, DM She is a Malayali working as an assistant professor of medicine and endocrinology at the North Ontario School of  Medicine. She is an endocrinologist specializing in Diabetes and Osteoporosis. Her research areas include diabetes, osteoporosis, thyroid disease and knowledge translation. She has won several awards including the prestigious Graham Knowledge Translation Fellowship at PSI Foundation, Ontario.
